Submit an inquiry form indicating, package, date and time, location and venue booking permit, party size, any add-Ons, theme by sharing your vision and let us know how we can make your event more special.
Schedule a consultation call.
We’ll discuss your ideas, theme, style, preferences and all the details to bring your dream set up to file.
Review the quote.
Well, send a customized quote tailored to your needs, ensuring every detail is covered.
Booking confirmation.
Confirm your booking upon payment of retainer fee of 75% of total amount and leave everything to us, simply wait to show up and enjoy your event.
Our Policies
Our policies majorly, helps us manage inventory and maintain the quality of our services. Below are our lux policies, kindly go through all our policies before booking a picnic with us.
Payment
Once your package is confirmed, we shall email you an invoice and require a non- refundable 50% Retainer to secure your date and purchase extra items that might be needed. All our transactions go through our management software which sends contracts, invoices & accepts all credit cards and bank transfers to all our clients
Retainer Fee
Once your package is confirmed & approved, we require a 75% Retainer fee to secure your date and to purchase items that will be required on your special day.
Retainer fee reserves your date. And your balance is due 2 weeks prior to the event. We require clearance of any fee arrears of the package chosen prior the event. This will allow us to execute your event seamlessly and stress free.
Cancellations, refunds & Rescheduling.
Packages CANNOT be cancelled or rescheduled less than 48 hours prior to your event. Rescheduling can only be done 48 hours or more prior to your event day.
Note: that We don’t issue refund once materials have been bought. Instead, we offer credit for the total amount, which is valid for six months from the original event date.
The credit can be applied to a future event, but it is important to note that the theme of the event must remain the same as previously agreed upon.
Weather Conditions.
We understand how our mother nature can surprise us in one way or another which can be beyond our control. We encourage our clients to check on an alternative venue (indoor/outdoor), check on prevailing weather conditions on their special dates, guess we don’t want to settle on an outdoor set up during winter, but we would advise on indoor venues as alternatives to enable us to protect and maintain our properties from harsh weather as well.
If the weather conditions on the day of your event persist, we shall share an agreement form with you so that you may reschedule your event for a later date within 6months with no penalties.
Event Liability.
During the day of the event, we encourage our clients to stay responsible and respectful towards lux properties, you are expected to store and keep your personal items safe.
Your contract states that you are liable for any lost, stolen or damaged equipment and can be charged a fee if above scenarios occur
We DO NOT permit any open flame candles or smoking at our events, we use led candles and WILL NOT be held liable for any consequences of open fire. Additionally, do not leave your personal property unattended under any circumstances. If you would like to leave early, please feel free to update us immediately.
We don’t offer Alcoholic beverages, if you decide to bring yours, kindly NOTE that we are not liable of any effects or consequences that may occur as a result.
